It works. I rent and I have a shower drain that isn't very accessible. This millipede fits and pulls out all of the gunk. It is so effective at pulling out gunk that it doesn't want to let it go. It is extremely difficult to clean, so I only use it a few times and purchase another one. It is hard to get the gunk off. It's gross and the tool gradually loses its grippiness because I can't fully clean it.
