This is what I have been waiting for since the early days of met-rx. Some might not remember. Ample does not compromise on quality and has to charge more for keeping anything artificial out. Its a full complete healthy meal and i enjoy the taste as well. Im glad they didnt go cheap like soylent to get the price down. Never compromise quality ingredients for price.

Love this product. Have been drinking it for about a year as my lunch, with milk. No stomach issues at all. Great long-term energy -- very filling. Huge fan. Highly recommend.

Not very good. I have had way better replacement shakes for far cheaper. Find something different. My greens with water taste better.

One drink definitely makes me full and no ill effects after one week of drinking it. However, I will not be re-purchasing this. No matter what I do to mix it or add to it I cannot get rid of the stale taste of the drink. The taste is so strong that I immediately checked to make sure it has not expired - it has not. The stale taste may be due to the whey but I am generally okay with whey added to other drinks. I am used to the weird aftertaste of other meal replacement drinks since I've been drinking them for 3 years. I would recommend trying one before buying multiple.

I have been drinking this meal replacement since 2018 and love it.It's hard to find a shake that is portable, easy to mix, doesn't create a big mess, or cause belly bloat, and is healthy. Ample checks all of these items off the list and more.I drink it as my breakfast because it's quick, easy, and creates zero mess since you mix it in the bottle that it comes in. If you want to make an extra lux shake, I recommend using almond milk. Using coffee instead of water is also nice as it lets you enjoy both breakfast and coffee quickly in a delicious way. It is expensive... and there are a lot of other options out there that are cheaper, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for...I would and have highly recommended Ample to my friends and family.

While the product is 400 calories, and true it is the right amount of calories for a meal replacement -- the net carbs are 11 g!!! 21 g carbs less 10g fiber. I missed that somehow. If you are low carbing or doing keto and trying to keep your carbs around 20ish g per day. This is 1/2 of your total carb intake. Not an ideal choice.As for taste, it is not bad, but DEFINITELY not good. Another review said it tastes like cereal milk, and that is pretty close. It tastes overly sweet, and has a taste that is close to salty. Easy enough to get down, but it is not delicious. On a good note, it is super easy to mix, super light to carry around since it has no liquid.I will go through the batch I ordered, but not likely to reorder; if the cost were less, the carbs lower, and it were less sweet tasting -- I would be a fan.

Convenient and nutritionally superior to other complete meal products like Soylent.
