This is an amazing product. It welds beautifully and it’s functionality is phenomenal!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Purchased to fix holes in an aluminum boat. Much harder than advertised. I had a lot of warpage of the surrounding aluminum. The holes I did fix the material popped out of the hole later on. I spent hours trying to get it to work but ultimately just couldn't get it dialed in. Hinesight, I should have just bought a spool gun first.

If repairing an aluminum boat the gas will not have to burn hot as it will if repairing thick, cast aluminum.

Using on cast is a terrible application. You risk so much to get it to adhere with the amount of heat you must put into it. I did manage to make it work eventually.... at the price i paid the learning curve is expensive. Customer service is great, very fast to respond and over abundant in information. Im a very experienced welder and fabricator and found this to be a very difficult process. There are videos on it and still you have to pay unbelievable attention to EVERY detail. Do not deviate! So a few weeks later i have polished and painted it up to keep it in good shape and found it to be cracking in weld area! So its a no go for me......

After reviewing this product on YouTube and following all the instructions that came in the packaging this product did not work for me personally would love a refund. I am disenchanted with it.

Purchase directly from website since it was $20 cheaper go figure I got this to fix holes in my aluminum boat did exactly as described and using oxy-acetylene I burned a hole through my boat this stuffDoes not work unless it's so hot that you burn a hole through your aluminumI would suggest using a different brand I wish I could get my money back for this stuff
