With the tanning water, the tan is much more gradual so you are not getting crazy results after first application like the flawless. I must say though, I love the new mit (much better than the old own which thinned out a lot after much use). Granted I haven't been using the new mit for too long but I do like the material better. Smell is a mild tropical scent and I really like the mousse texture. It's hard to know where you have applied since there is no instant color change, but it gets easier with practice. If I were to purchase again, I would to the flawless with the new mit. Still really like this in the meantime though!
