Action camera for underwater & aboveground photography
I bought this compact camera mainly to take underwater photography for my trip to Bora Bora back in March. This camera came with all kinds of accessories for action photography (i.e. sky diving, dirt bike riding, etc, etc.), none of which I was about to attempt! I was only looking for something that’s easy to use and this one fits the bill. The picture quality for both underwater and aboveground came out EXCELLENT! The 170-degree lens is FANTASTIC! It captures the panoramic view very well. This camera was relatively easy to use, but you need to play with it because the User Manual that came with it was useless. Not only was it printed on super tiny text, but also there weren’t much information in there. So, here are some basic instructions on how to use this camera:ON/OFF button – is found in front of the camera. You need to hold this button down for a bit to turn the camera on. This button also allows you to select the modes of photography through the main menu.OK button – allows you start/stop the video or to take still photos and is found on top of the camera.MAIN MENU – there are five options. Use the ON/OFF button to navigate:1) VIDEO - to start videotaping, select this mode and press OK button. You’ll see a counter at the bottom with red and blue lights flashing. This means the camera is recording. To stop the video, press OK again.2) PHOTO – to select this mode, press ON/OFF button and select the camera icon. Press OK to take photo.3) SLOW MOTION – (never used this)4) PLAYBACK – this allows you to preview the photos/videos you took. You need to use the side buttons to move through the photos. If you didn’t take any photo or video, you’ll see a blank screen with a tiny sad looking camera icon in the middle of the screen.5) UTILITY MENU – use this menu to control the setup of your camera. Press OK and then ON/OFF button to navigate through the utility menu. Use the side buttons to move up or down the sub menu. To exit out of the utility menu, select the X icon and press OK button. To change DATE/TIME (which you need to do after every battery change), select the UTILITY menu and choose the small round wheel icon and then select Date Time by using the side button. Press OK to enter the date/time.To set the VIDEO RESOLUTION, select the UTILITY menu and choose the video icon. Press the OK button twice to access this option. Use the side button to select one of the following:4K 30 FPS2.7K 30 FPS1080P 60FPS1080P 30 FPS720P 90 FPS720P 60 FPS720P 30 FPSTo set a TIMER for hands-free photography, select the UTILITY menu, and select the CAMERA icon, and then select Timed by using the side button. You have several delay options here. The camera will beep while it counts down the seconds before the shutter releases. You need to manually set it back; otherwise, every time you take a photo, there will be a delay.DELETE - to delete a photo or video, select the file from the playback menu and press and hold the OK button until you see the words “Delete this file?” appears on the screen. Select “Confirmation” by using the side button and press OK to delete.AUDIO – it worked fine when I first got it, but now it’s very faint. I’m not sure what the problem is. To access this function, select UTILITY, and under the video icon, select “RecordingSound”. Press OK to activate the audio. You’ll see a check mark next to it.WATERPROOF CASE – the camera fits perfectly inside the case and it is watertight. I had a lot of trouble opening the waterproof case in the beginning. (I almost broke my nail trying to open it!) A quick email to the seller (Jeemak US), and they responded with more detailed instruction. They told me to press the button with arrow with one hand and at the same time push the latch (the short end side) UP with another hand and -- voila! -- it opened!TRANSFERRING FILES TO PC - this camera uses Micro SD, which you need to buy separately. I bought a Sandisk 32GB SD when I bought this camera and the card lasted my entire 2-week trip. (I used 1080P 60FPS.) . It’s just as easy to download to my iMac by inserting the small SD card into the adapter that it came with, or you can use the USB cable that's included in the package to transfer your files.REMOTE CONTROL – it broke on my first swim in the reef that’s only knee deep. (This remote was advertised as waterproof up to 3 meters.) I thought the battery needed to be replaced, so when I came home, I opened the cover and found that everything inside was rusted. Jeemak US was good enough to send me a replacement, but that one also didn’t work. This was one of a few disappointments with this camera. To protect the camera lens, I bought a separate UV Filter lens from Amazon.com for $5.99. It fits perfectly over the existing lens (but needs to be removed if you use the waterproof case.) The lens also enhances the clarity of the photos. As with any new product, it takes time to learn how everything works. In the end, this camera came through with some beautiful pictures of my trip to Bora Bora and Yosemite Nat’l Park (a side trip my husband and I took on our way home). This camera is not perfect, but it’s affordable and small enough to carry everywhere, and the pictures and videos come out GREAT!

Very nice budget entry level Action Camera by Campark
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Campark ACT76 Action camera is a nice Gopro clone style camera, for the price. It can do 4k-30fps, 2k-30fps, 1080p-60fps and 720p - 90fps. From my shooting experience in all of the different resolutions I find 2k gives you the best quality all around, though its only 30fps. I like the camera cause I can shoot in 1080p 60fps, which allows for speed changes when I edit and still gives me very smooth video when doing so. Sound is typical for these cameras, very soft and no bass. I have action cameras costing over $200 and they are not any better than this one on sound. When I shoot I never use the sound anyway, I dub my own music back in during editing. The 4k on this camera is full resolution and full 30fps. The remote is nice to have and can be used for snapping photos or start and stop your video recording. I gave it 4 stars because it has NO gyro anti-shake and does not have a touch screen. The menu is very easy and simple to go through with the buttons on the camera, one of the easier and faster menus that is not touch screen, I have used. I now have about 10 other action camera's and I would say this hits the just below middle spot on use and quality compared to the others. Its better than a SJ5000, SJ5000+, SJ5000 wifi and on par with the SJ4000+. The price makes it very attractive for sure. You also get 2-1050mah batteries with this Camera and you can use any of the SJCam batteries and chargers with this camera also, the SJ4000 and SJ5000 series. It comes with a waterproof case, your typical array of Gopro style extra accessories bundled in the box. It does have a 16mp Sony sensor and the novatek 96600 chip set, so it's good but not up there with the amberella chip sets or the Sony newer IMX117, like your YI 4k or SJ7 Star, but you're paying 1/3 the price for this camera. For a budget entry level 1st time camera, plus not needing it for professional use or super high quality photos and video, this camera works great. If you're looking for a action camera that will compete with a SJ7 Star, YI 4k or Gopro 5 Black then look at those cameras starting in the $150 and up range. This camera competes with your action camera in $99 and below category. See my attached pics and video.

Really not worth it. Worst seller too.
It's pure crap for 5k Rs. The camera heats up within 5 mins and 4k recording is a myth. Even 2k at 30fps stutters a lot and is quite unusable. I verified the same with the replaced unit.I asked for a return and the item was collected from me, but my refund hasn't been issued yet. Such a bad service from the seller Origin shop and Amazon.

Great value for money
My camera arrived today and first impressions are that is an awesome bit of kit! i wanted to use this as a helmet mounted cam for my motorbike. It came this morning and with the huge amount of accessories applied it was simple enough to mount it on the chin of my motorbike helmet. After a few hours to let the sticky pads set i took the bike out for a spin. Extremely impressed with the results! The picture quality is great even at motorway speeds, its very simple to use and playback of the video on both my mobile phone and laptop was easy. Considering that this whole set up costs less that £50 its an absolute bargain!

What I particularly liked was the encasement for the camera which is more ...
Ordered and received the following day.The set comes well packed in its own carrying case and has lots of accessories, enough to fit any type of mounting possible. What I particularly liked was the encasement for the camera which is more secure than the last one I had which leaked. This encasement has a button release so you know it is firmly in place and waterproof. It comes with a 32G micro SD card which saves on buying another one. the camera is Wifi liked to my IPhone easily with an app. The provision of a remote control makes using the camera very easy. The picture quality is first rate and I can't wait to use it even-more.A great piece if Kit!
