it works!
I've re-ordered this particular make/model a few times. I use it on my scalp. I settled on the 1.5mm after trying a few different sizes - the longer needles helps get through the hair and down to the skin. After 20 years of thinning/balding, I've finally found something that's regrowing my hair, which has been pretty amazing. Anyone suffering hairloss needs to look into dermarolling! This particular roller has done the trick for me, I roll once every 5 days and it lasts about 3-4 months (so roughly 20 uses) before it starts feeling dull. I consider these cheap rollers in the same category as disposable razors, you don't expect them to last for ever so that's fine with me. I've looked into the more expensive options, but for the price I really don't mind replacing this every so often - and I'll probably stick with this particular one as long as I can keep getting it. Compared to the other pills and potions for hair I've tried over the years that weren't nearly as effective and/or came with side effects, this has been a wonderful discovery for me. It's cheap and it actually works, given some patience and consistency using it. Comes in a nice box and what appears to be sealed in sterile packaging - though I sanitize with rubbing alcohol before each use anyway.

Works on stretch marks.
I have treated my stomach about 5 times now. The results aren't magical, but, they are an improvement. I had some serious stretch marks and loose skin from pregnancy. Still not the beautiful skin I had before baby, but, I'm feeling like I will be back in my crop tops by the end of summer.

Deceitful size description- be careful
I have been using Derma roller for a long time now and used to get them straight from the dermatologist mostly or buy from brand website and I wanted to explore other products so I ordered this one for my husband to try-Issues-Size is incorrect- this is barely a 0.25 and I ordered a 1.5Box says 1.5 but that’s not what is inside. The blades are on a disk, they should be individual! Authentic Dermaroller that doctors use have titanium sharp needles individually placed on a horizontal line not a circle like this one!The blades are dull and pull your skin- no Derma roller I have ever used has been this dull and in effective. This feels more like a grazing tool that pulls your skin. The needles have to individually set horizontally, not on a rolling disk (these are cheap duplicates and damage your skin)Please be careful buying these rollers. Most of them for sale are cheap duplicates and have disks with dull needles. It won’t do much good especially for pigmentation and scars.

Worth a shot!
I have an expensive 1.5 mm Derma roller and I had used all I could out of it. I searched high and low for one that was a reasonable price but still of good quality and decided to give this one a try. Product is exactly as described, of good quality & needles look sharper than my $40 Dermaroller I used in the past.

It works
Although you have to keep using it daily for optimal results, even after one use you can tell the difference. Works for acne scars and stretch marks.

Blades. NOT needles.
The “needles” on this roller are actually die-cut razors (flat blades rather than needles with a round diameter.) They are also too blunt to pierce the skin without using VERY firm pressure, and too closely spaced to allow for undamaged skin in between as you roll. What this all adds up to is this device will be micro-slicing lines into your skin rather than the small, precise punctures that are required for microneedling. These punctures are what stimulate the collagen-producing, healing response that microneedling/collagen-induction-therapy (CIT) is intended to provide. The blades on this roller will only add further damage to your skin and probably make acne-scarring worse.

I Like It!
I am happy that I purchased this. It is as described. I like that it is titanium and 540 needles. I purchased the #0.5 because after research I found that this is a good length for facial use. I bought one for my teenage son and one for myself. I use it once a week for my anti-aging routine and feel that the serums that I use will be more effective. I definitely feel the sting after applying a serum and my face is slightly red but recovers quickly. My son is using it on his face for more even hair growth. It comes with a case which is handy. I spray with an alcohol spray after use.

Exactly as advertised
It is a 1.5mm dermaroller just as promised. I had an issue with ordering due to my own negligence and contacted the seller for assistance. Their reply was prompt, and very helpful. So, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I mean it's 10 dollars. They ship it pretty quick and it's not some piece of junk that falls apart, it seems to be of higher quality than you'd expect for the price.
