I received 2 tubes of shampoo. One was fine. The other was shrink wrapped in plastic. I removed the plastic and the tube label was wrinkled. The shampoo quantity itself was about 1&1/2 inches short. It came as a 2 pack so I didn’t return it as I need the shampoo.

My hair had become so damaged it felt gummy on the ends and when I would try to comb that area, I experienced severe breakage. I also found my hair would not hold color. These products have greatly improved my hair's condition. After a month of use, I colored my hair and it has not been washing out. I also use Loreal Ever Strong Breakproof Lotion leave in conditioner. They are a winning team. I am very pleased.

I love this product as I have thick uncontrollable wavy hair that is rejuvenated every other day with this conditioner. However, you can see in the packaging, that it leaked out. So, had it been sent with no defects, I would have given this 5 stars.

I have extremely dry hair and just had highlights put in so it really damaged the ends of my hair. For the price I was completely amazed! Washed and left the conditioner on a full 2 minutes and my hair was super soft without looking greasy or feeling weighed down. The only reason I gave the scent 3 stars was because I love fruity and feminine smells and this was very neutral smelling

It worked great! My hair was so soft and easy to comb thru while still wet. My only issue was that the tube was so little and I can't find any larger quantities.

I think this shampoo and conditioner is just okay. The scent is the least offensive of the ones I’ve tried from this line of L’Oréal sulfate free products. But I feel like my hair has been a little dryer since I switched to this one, so I would not repurchase and will be trying the frizz one next. So far the moisture one has been the best one.

My new favorite shampoo. It smells amazing and leaves your hair so soft and shiny. Love that it comes in a tube, the way my shower is, it has built in places to put stuff and the cat keeps pawing them and makes a mess, bottles of stuff everywhere. This one it's impossible for the cat to throw around bedsides is behind a bar. Totally will buy again.

Mi cabello se encuentra muy procesado por el tinte y he sentido buenos resultados sobre todo para mis puntas. Después de dejar actual el shampoo me enjuago el cabello y aplico el acondicionador medios a puntas por tres minutos realmente se siente como una mascarilla, curiosamente al día siguiente es cuando percibo aún más sedoso mi cabello, más que recién lavado una vez seco

Buen precio y buen producto. Satisfecha. Huele muy rico
