Got a Pecute brand leash, it was lousy. It could barely pull the leash back, if 2 leashes touched, just touched, it couldn't retract. I couldn't figure out how to take it apart to torque up the spring without breaking it so I put it in the backup bag and got another Flexi.

We had one of these, to replace another retractable that wasn't as good and easy to use. This is a good brand, holds up well. Using the "stop" makes a little click and helps your dog know when they are going a bit too far. Easy to lock and unlock. Previous one of this brand got a bit frayed when it caught on a metal cow structure at the plant nursery. We wanted to get a replacement and looked specifically for this brand.

I purchased my1st Flexi retractable leash about 10 years ago & it has withstood the test of time. This is why & purchased another, they’re the best. I had tried another brand a few years ago & it didn’t hold up.

The overall feel is sturdy, this is a solid product! I love the optional snap on attachments!The medium size leash handle is actually useable (some competitor handles are too small).

This is the second one I purchased. I truly believe in this product. Bought one on sale that was not a Flexi. Was very unhappy. Don’t make the mistake I did.

Great leash. It’s definitely only meant for medium sized dogs though. Be careful with grip, if your dog is a puller you might lose handle of it

Good quality product. I'm confident that my puppy is safely secured. I've added some cable wrap to the end to avoid him chewing on it.

Most of the time it will NOT retract properly. It's like it gets twisted inside - I have to pull it completely out and hold it flat as it goes in. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this product.
