Cooker element
Pulled the fuse to isolate the oven, then it was only a 10 minute job to replace the element. The oven had to be removed from its housing as the back panel had to be partially opened to access the wiring. Bargain price £20 for the element,see how it lasts.

Replacement Grill
Arrived quickly and was easy to fit on my New World cooker. 5 wires in total, 4 power and an earth. 2 screws secure it from inside the grill. Only problem was one of the wire connectors popped back into the hole in the back of the cooker so I had to take the back off to retrieve it. Otherwise an easy job. Appears to be well made, original lasted 10 years.
