Germ-X Alcohol-Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer with Pump, Fresh Scent, 7 Fluid Ounce

I am an ER RN, and i have to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer continually. I have lived with cracked bleeding hands for as long as i can remember. I never thought i could use more hand sanitizer than i already did, but due to the extensive flu season (2017 - 2018) i am now using it a phenomenal amount of time. The last straw was when i looked down at my hands while typing my nursing assessment and literally saw blood running down my fingers onto the key board. Despite covering my hands with Vaseline and gloves every night while i slept, and using evey hand lotion imaginable, i still had dry , cracked, ugly hands. It was painful, throbbing, and embarrassing. Let's face it , no one wants to see their nurse with cracked bleeding hands. This sanitizer is a life saver. It may take a few seconds longer to dry than traditional alcohol based rubs, but it leaves your hands soft, literally soft. The scent is very very mild so it should not offend anyone. If i can manage to use this 90% of the time and only use the hospital provided sanitizer 10% of the time (when i absolutely have to), i have normal hands that don't bleed and are not painful. I consequently also use "gloves in a bottle lotion" several times through the shift to help, but honestly it is more like the cherry on top, because i have used it in the past but never had the results i have had now . I credit most of it to this sanitizer. I have shared it with many nurses , and i know of at least 4 or 5 who have also purchased this product because of the results. Everyone who tries it, likes it. I leave it right by my key board, use it after i leave every room and before i step away from my desk, still rubbing it in as i walk into a patients room so they know i "cleaned my hand for their protection". I know not everyone suffers the terrible consequences of alcohol based sanitizers to the degree that i do , but if you are one of those people like me, then try this . The price is good and the results and fantastic. I almost felt like crying when i made it through 3, 12hr shifts and my hands did not have one crack. I have used it for several weeks now and every day i am truly amazed. I even started using it at home.

This product is great! Smells really nice and it’s great for my son because it’s alcohol free! The only issue that I had is during the shipping the bottle caps must have opened and half of the liquid leaked all over, so I don’t have the full amount of the product that I was suppose to get!

I love the product. Smells really good for sanitizer and dries fast. I use it after diaper changes when I can't leave my baby to go wash up right away. Plus it doesn't dry out my hands. Only problem is that it came without a lid and it seems like it didn't look as full as it should. Kind of sketchy if you ask me.

I love these. I bought 5, have only opened 2. This is my go to hand sanitizer and I use it numerous times a day. I have a bottle going from January that still isn't finished. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for an alcohol-free sanitizer, and foaming is the way to go.

This is my all time favorite hand sanitizer. After a week in the hospital and realizing I had used their foam sanitizer a million times but my hands were not dry, I took to the internet to find some for home. The price point (when I bought it) was great. The smell is great and it too doesn't dry out my hands. I wish it came in a slightly smaller version for my purse.

We have a newborn and picked these up to keep around the house for quick clean up and when we have guests since they are alcohol free. We keep one in the nursery and one on our kitchen counter in easy eyesight so guests so it and think to use it. Nice, gentle scent. Will continue to order.

I have eczema and my hands are SO SO dry in the winter especially that alcohol based sanitizers just kill me.. So I got this and LOVE it! Very gentle.. My only real complaint is the scent. I don't know if germ x makes a scent free but if they do then that is the one i'll be getting next time as I try not to use scented stuff on my skin as it breaks me out with the eczema and all.. And if it's unscented it doubles as wound care instead of rubbing alcohol or peroxide..

Love this foaming hand sanitizer because it doesn’t leave your hands feeling sticky like the gel kind does. This sanitizer doesn’t have alcohol in the ingredients either. WalMart used to carry this product in its stores but now they don’t. You have to order it online.
