I am disappointed that the lentils are so tiny and immature looking and tasting. Yes, they cooked up fast, probably 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes. But, flavor is so important when cooking, and I feel these weren't as flavorful as the last batch I had purchased of another brand. Guess I will purchase the other kind again, for my next order.
