The first one seemed defective in that it was next to impossible to remove and reinsert the glass mouthpiece without it breaking. I returned it to desertcart with no difficulty and ordered another. However the same problem occurred, the glass broke even though I was as careful as possible. On seeing the cost of replacement glass mouthpieces I tried it without the glass. I have had no problem with this method. 4 months later and I still have no glass mouthpiece, I decided that I would chance it with the vape as is. Please note that I am not recommending this practice. I am just stating that this is what I do and that I have had no problems. I like this vape, as do others who have tried it. It holds quite a lot and heats up fast. I use it on the highest setting as the others don't really seem to do much. It is discrete and portable, easy to use, a reasonable price and all in all quite a good bit of kit. I know these are cheap, but in the long run are totally rubbish and not even worth a tenner. They use very well, look good and get you baked, but it's just not worth it when they malfunction or break so quickly. When it arrived, it was easy to set up and charged quickly. I loved the way it was packaged. The Mamba heats up pretty quickly when charged and after a couple of tries, got the hang of using it very quickly and it gave great results. Highly recommended, hard to believe it cost less than £30!
