But not Amazon proof, mine came with a small dent, (made me laugh) but not bothered I wanted it to use not look at. The hammered green finish is actually really nice.I tend to rinse mine out with boiling water before every use, and I store it with the lid off.I tend to keep the kettle boiling a little bit longer and then fill this up with hot water and coffee. If it is very cold outside I take milk separately rather than start cooling before I have even left the house. While Fishing it keeps everything really hot until you open it, the more you open it the quicker it cools. Have had a hot coffee over 6 hrs after filling it up so can't complain. This is very large so can easily hold at least 4 or 5 large mugs of coffee. The lid cup is a bit on the small side but I tend to use a much bigger plastic one so keeping the heat in by not continuously opening and closing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great flask *by M***E on 31 December 2024* Good purchase, keeps the water hot most of the day. Bought it to save electricity- instead of boiling the kettle several times over the day for hot drinks. I just boil it once & used the flask hot water instead. Sounds tight I know. I tested the flask with boiling water and left it. I can't say it will manage the claimed 45 hours but after 30 hours the water was still very hot, easily hot enough for a drink. I haven't tested how long it will keep things cold but I expect it will perform just as well.The handle (plastic) clips back against the body of the flask making it a little easier to slip into a bag or pack but it's still quite a large flask (I have the 1.9 litre). The build quality is very good, nothing feels cheap or like a corner was cut to save money.I picked it up in a sale but would gladly pay the full price.
