Little Giant Ladder Systems 13 Foot Type IA Aluminum Multi Position LT Ladder

I got the 26' ladder. Definitely is not a light ladder, but what 26' ladder is? I bought this because I am doing renovations on my 100 year old house. I needed something I could use on the stairs, to reach up to my guttera, and for high ceilings. This ladder has been able to do everything I have asked of it. I am normally hesitant to get up too high without others around. This ladder been incredibly stable though and I feel perfectly secure at the tippy top. If all you want is a light weight general purpose ladder and you're working under 10 feet, you may want to just get yourself a cheap 6' fiberglass ladder. If you want a ladder that is safe, can be used on steps, gets you into tight spaces, and generally speaking is an all around performer, get a little giant. If you don't mind hauling the weight around your work site, this think seems like it is built to last and will probably do 95% of the tasks you need it to do.. I bought this, and I cheap step ladder for the scenarios where I just need to move around quick at low heights.

I bought this ladder because I needed to reach the peak of a vaulted ceiling. This ladder was very easy to use. The ladder, when stored is only about 6 ft high but allows me to reach the 12 ft peak in my living room. The ladder is very sturdy. It wasn't shaky at all. The adjustment mechanisms are very solid and work well. I bought the optional work platform which gives me greater maneuverability on the ladder and permits easier reach on the ladder. It's a great ladder and I highly recommend it.Because the ladder is tall and sturdy, that also makes it a bit heavy so moving the ladder is tricky. That makes it a bit difficult to move around but it's not terrible. Because of the compact design it makes a 13ft folding ladder into a 6 ft folding ladder.

This 26 foot ladder is amazing— I purchased this so I could change out a light fixture and WOW, no regrets! This ladder is quite heavy but does come equipped with little wheels to help get from one place to another.

I like the idea of this ladder. I bought it because I have a rather tall roof and I need to work on the gutters and to be able to clean them out on the 2nd story roof. I don't have a place to store a tall extension ladder, so I thought this would be the answer as it folds down to a storable size. This ladder should be able to reach the peak on one side of my house. I also like the idea of being able to use it on stairs as access to the attic is above my stairs. However, this being the 26 foot model, it is a bit heavy to move around. It is a very stable ladder in the A frame position. Although, I am wishing I would have bought the model with the leveler legs. Also, I have to figure out how to actually use it as the extension ladder. I extended it out to 19 feet to reach my 16 foot high gutters, and I could not get it set up. The leverage you have by extending it on the ground and then trying to 'walk' it up just didn't work. As you're walking it up, you get to a point where you are the fulcrum and it wants to go the opposite direction. If you try to extend it while it is upright, how do you lock it in, as the locks are then out of reach? For this larger 26 foot model, it would be nice if there could some how be a rope system like regular extension ladders have with another way to lock it while extended.Other than its weight, which is necessary for the stability and weight rating of 300 lbs, this is a very good ladder.

It's compact but heavier than I expected. I have a six foot one that is lighter than other six foot ladders. Anyway, it is perfect for my needs.

Very dissatisfied with product. Does not do as described. arrived damage at my home.

We are a construction company and use this everyday. Great ladder and light weight

Versatile but heavy and hard to move. I thought I would add the accessiory wheels, but this model does accept wheels.
