Excellent!!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 February 2020* When the current most "helpful" vote says yuck, it doesn't instill much confidence, but what one person doesn't like, the next person loves so it's hardly a useful remark to make.I bought it anyway. I love chocolate, I just don't love the amount of sugar - which was good motive to try this.Now... it's very hard to tell people that something is very good or very horrible when it's about a flavour. After all, we're all different. I'll at least try to give some useful info but really, you won't know if you like it unless you try it yourself.I don't like very sweet things and I'm not fond of bitter aftertaste artificial sweeteners. The American idea of chocolate with low cocoa solids and high fat and sugar doesn't cut it for me.So, having said that, this is my own personal opinion of this; I LOVE this chocolate. It has the distinct Cadbury chocolate taste. I can't taste any artificial sweeteners because there aren't any in the ingredients list. No aspartame, no saccharin, no Stevia. Nothing! This chocolate is not bitter and carries no aftertaste.In my mind it's not quite so sweet as the normal chocolate. Just a tad less. The flavour is rich and chocolatey, the texture is smooth and silky. There is no fibrous texture although the ingredients has "soluble maize fibre". I'm not sure what it's function is in the chocolate, maybe it helps bind the ingredients in some way. But it's not an ingredient that worries me.Simple short ingredients list, for those avoiding E numbers beware because it has emulsifier E442 on the list. For those avoiding palm oil yep, it's in this bar. No mention of using sustainable palm. I feel a touch guilty about that and might well email Cadbury to enquire about the origin of said palm product. At the moment I'm not judging.Otherwise in the ingredients, it's just processed natural products: milk, sugar, cocoa mass and butter, shea, palm, that maize fibre, skimmed milk and flavourings.Suitable for vegetarians too.I don't think it's much different from the standard Cadburys chocolate bar in flavour. Smaller chunks and still very more-ish. I like the resealable packet to make you feel guilty about attacking the whole bar in one go.For anyone who's trying to watch their sugar and/or calorie intake this is a step in the right direction if you have the willpower to not eat the whole bar in ten seconds flat. Six chunks (a respectable amount) = 107 calories. I can live with that!Well thank you very much Mr Cadbury, I'm buying another bar of this before Amazon sell out!Try it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too Good To Be True *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 July 2020* Thought I would try this as I haven't had chocolate for quite a few weeks during isolation (Covid) The taste was really good there is nothing lost on the reduction of the sugar., However the bar is very thin this size is usually about 125 grm I think this was 85grm but still the same price in the shops. So a bit of a con really I don't think it is good value for money. Cannot remember if the fat content was slightly higher and the bars of chocolate have been eaten a while ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product good, delivery woeful *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 April 2020* This gift was a present for my parents and delivery was prompt. Buy annoyingly, and rather bizarrely, the delivery driver insisted on placing them inside the front door of my parents' property while they're self-isolating away from the Coronavirus. The driver refused to leave them next to the front gate, 20 metres away from the front door. My mother explained she was self-isolating, but the driver said unless he could place them inside the front door and take a photograph, then she good not have the goods. In the current climate of lockdown and social distancing, I find the driver's careless and thoughtless attitude completely unacceptable.
