**Q: what happens when battery dies? how do you open safe?**
A: The safe has no electronics and there is no battery. It is entirely mechanical.

**Q: My electronic keypad one didn't come with a key? Was told it did. Could others let me know if their keypad ones did or didn't?**
A: No physical key.
What you get is a key code which should be on 
th back of instruction book.
Use this to unlock box, then rest using paperclip and follow instruction 
to set own unique code.
