Great Ointment
I used to purchase this from my powerlifting store, then they ceased selling it, when I found it on Amazon I was elated! This is a great ointment which really heats the muscles up, it will create some bright redness but does add a great deal of warmth to the muscle applied too.

Warming up joints
Nicoflex contains capsaicin, an active component of chili peppers.It does not likely heal joints, but it does provide relief and warming sensation.I use it on my knees and lower back before going hiking.
