Really cooks the bread well and the non stick is incredible. You just simply have to wipe the tin after use. So easy. It is a really good weight as well. I've now bought the 1lb tin for my wife's gluten free loaves and although it does look small, I have measured it with water and it is exactly half the volume of the larger tin so there should be no complaints that it isnt what was describe as many of the other reviews do. The size, weight, shape and easy of use are perfect.
