Too sweet for veggie crisps
Just wanted to try something different from the usual veggie crisps out there, plus the packaging looked good.Unfortunately, the flavour of sweet chilli jam and the beetroot is just too sickly sweet for me plus the texture of them are a bit weird. Others may like them but I'm definitely not keen.Won't throw them away, will most likely donate to a food charity / bank or something.

Amazing flavor but discontinued
Omg where do i get more ??? Walkers have discontinued this flavor and they are literally the only crisp iv ever liked!! Any old stock id gladly take, currently eating my last packet use by date of jan 21 but they taste as fresh as every other packet before. Please notify my if anyone has any.

Misleading
Thought I was buying 6 packs each containing 6 standard bags so we would end up with 36 bags. That’s not the case you only recieve 6 large 140g back for roughly £2.00 per bag.

Flavour Balance not Quite Right
The first thing I must make clear is that although I expected to be sent Beetroot Crisps with Sweet Chili Jam what I actually received and am writing about is the Sweet Potato and Paprika flavour from the same series which is really quite different. Sizing is the same you get a case of 6 packets of 140 g each making them useful for sharing or to put in bowls at parties. As they are baked, they are less greasy than fried crisps and are suitable for vegetarians. They have a crunch although it is not as crisp as it would be with potato. The key issue for me is the flavour-sweet potato is of course very sweet and needs something equally powerful to balance it out-paprika is a good choice but here it is too subtle to pack a punch with the result that sweetness predominates over everything else despite hints of other vegetables (onion, garlic and tomato) coming through on the palate. Consequently the taste experience is rather bland although no means unpleasant. In terms of nutrition, these have a set of readings in the orange sector marking them in the medium category with 7% Fat and 7 % Sugar which is neither bad or especially impressive. In terms of calories you are looking at 437 per 100g. In short, not a bad snack and lighter than fried alternatives, but just not memorable enough in taste to justify nearly £12 for a case at current prices.
