HONEST REVIEW FROM AN AUDIO PROFESSIONAL
I am a Professional Live & Studio Audio Engineer, Musical Director, Musician and Producer. I've worked with every major brand of wireless microphones from Sony QLXD/GLXD Series, Audio Technica AEW Series, Sennheiser EW 100-900 series and so on...And I must say, these mics aren't bad AT ALL. They do not give you the pristine sound and depth of the aforementioned brands, but with some eq and compression, they definitely put you in the neighborhood. Maybe not on the same block, but in the neighborhood. My ministry wanted to try some inexpensive mics and these fit the bill. I was leery at first because I'm use to purchasing UHF mics at $500 minimum per mic. However, one event we wanted to remove the remaining corded mics. All I can say is that they are great for vocals and speakers, plus the battery life is exceptional. Also, the base has XLR's for both channels. A lot of units in this price point have one or use 1/4 jack.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you're budget restrictive and the range of these mics are great as well!!!

I happily kept the GTD
Bought GTD dual wireless mic for home Karaoke purpose. My relative also brought $550 Shure BLX288/PG58 for me to compare. I thought about returning the GTD and go all in with the big name Shure. In the end, I happily kept the GTD. Here is my assessment:Shure is better in the sound department. Shure mic makes my voice sound warmer and smoother like a semi-pro. Voice pickup is more sensitive than GTD. With no or low Karaoke music background, the different is obvious. If Shure mic scores 10/10, GTD is 7/10. However, when the background music is loud and voice volume is crank up with high echo level, the different is not noticeable, 10/10 vs 9/10, maybe. My relatives and guesses could not tell the difference, they enjoyed the music and the GTD mics nonetheless. Keep in mind that most karaoke singers are a bit tipsy. Although I used to play in a local band and am a bit pickier with sound, Karaoke singers were there for the music, noise and fun, not to win the America Idol contest.Where GTD and Shure are equal: mic build is pure plastic, but functional and lightweight. They both lighter than my Shure SM58 (non-wireless). Shure SM58 built like a small brick, all metal. Shure and GTD receivers both have built in amplifier. For home karaoke, singers are seating 15-20 feet from these receivers, signal strength is always strong with both GTD and Shure. Never had any signal drop or phase out during my two-weeks evaluation.GTD has better features: GTD receiver is bigger and bulkier, but its LED provides more info, like voice level knob and bar, not just selected frequencies. When combining wireless receiver's built-in amplifier with my Karaoke amp’s built in mic amp and master amp, and finally echo, the signal level is too sensitive, causing severe and unwanted pops and ticks sounds. To eliminate these sounds, I would turn the GTD receiver amplifier level (volume level) down to 2 bar, out of 10 bar max. Shure receiver has no amplifier/volume level to adjust. For my set up, this is very important. GTD mic has LED screen, where Shure does not. GTD mic LED shows selected frequencies. It has Mute button, in addition to On/Off button like Shure. The drawback with GTD is, if you leave the Mute ON, the mic will continue to drain the battery. You must turn it Off after use.The Shure SM58 is a great mic like Shure BLX288/PG58 wireless. Just slightly inconvenience with the cable, but we are talking home Karaoke here, not American Idol where singers are roaming its super stage. For the price of one Shure BLX288/PG58 system, I could get two Shure SM58 and the GTD, for a total of 4 mics, and still have some money left for the actual Karaoke songs. And your relatives and guesses would still enjoy the Karaoke session nonetheless. Good luck and have fun.

Wooooow unblieveable deal
I have been a DJ and KJ going on 15 years now and I have had many types of wireless mics, from expensive shure to cheap pyle. Well I was looking for some good mics but not wanting to pay a bunch of money. I ran across this mic while searching and saw the price and thought that they couldn't be all that good, boy was I wrong. After reading all of the reviews and doing my research for about 3 weeks, I decide to try them out with my fingers crossed. These mics are awesome. The range and clarity are great. I use them weekly with no problems. I have never written a review on anything before but had to on this heck of a deal. I hope this helps someone out in making there decision.

Perfect for the budget setup.
I'm a firm believer that there can be a maker of something that suits everyone's needs for different budgets. You can get the nice name brand tools from Home Depot or save money and get the cheap stuff at Harbor Freight. As long as the tools get the job done, there's no point in paying more.I will certainly update this review as needed if the units fail on me, but my initial thoughts are that they offer everything the Shure SLX24/SM58 does but at MUCH lower price.Even the microphone sync/display look very similar to the Shure SM58. It's very important to know your battery levels with wireless equipment! Likewise, knowing your mics are connected and sending signal is a really nice feature of this system.Of course not all is perfect. Costing a fraction of the price means GTD certainly cut corners in build quality. The handheld plastics don't feel as refined, the batter cover flap feels like it might snap off at any moment. The receiver seems pretty solid though.

frequency scanning and transmitter sync was easy. Sound quality is great when microphone volume was ...
Product performs as advertised, Microphone grills are solid, unit doesn't feel flimsy. Setup, frequency scanning and transmitter sync was easy. Sound quality is great when microphone volume was all the way up, via a Mackie ProFx mixer with the head end gain almost all the way up (using the 1/4 mixed output, XLR might prove different), and I walked about 160-200 feet away from my house with clear results. The only issue is that the volume/quality of voice drops significantly when you move the microphone from chin level further down. This is good for Feedback control...but if you have someone holding the microphone at their chest/stomach level....it will not pick them up as well.

Good stuff - worth buying
Good microphone system , easy to connect and use , my only concern is that it could have come with a much longer speaker cable , it’s not even long enough to connect the speaker...

A mistake turned into a great item ordered.
The funny thing is that I ordered these by mistake. I pushed one click order and the next thing I know I'm getting an email about the order.
