Proven4 Pre-Work came highly recommended by my dietician. I've been taking consistently now for the last two months and I've seen significant improvements in my performance at the gym. I like the cherry limeade flavor a lot and it mixes well with water. If you're looking for a pre-workout that doesn't give you Gators this is the stuff

Package arrived with seal intact but canister covering was stuck to lid and powder was in threads and on the outside of container. Not sure if it's even safe to use.Update 5/31 Company contacted me and sent new product at no charge. Works as described for a great workout and/or run. Will definitely continue to use this in the future.

I've used Proven4 Pre-workout for a couple years, I obviously like the product. It's goes well with my Spin Class Schedule. I normally buy directly from the manufacturer BUT recently they decided to start "Flat Rate" shipping. I live in Michigan near their facility why should I have to pay the same as someone from across the country? Needless to say I'll be making future purchases via Amazon to save half on shipping....geez.
