CellLog 8M

Works great for my needs (seeing all cells at a glance with the delta between the highest and lowest), but about 10% of the time when you plug in a battery the display activates but doesn't display anything. Sometimes you have to replug the battery a few times before it starts working again. Maybe it's defective.

Works great. My only complaint is there is a loooooong delay between when you plug in a Lipo and it actually reads the voltage. It goes through an unnecessary startup screen, then an unnecessary message, then shows you the voltage. This should be instant, like every other voltage checker out there.

If left in a battery pack with more that 6 cells, it will make cell 7 out of balance

I have a lot of these little guys, and they all work perfect at home or in the field. If you use the alarm circuit like I do be careful to respect its limits or the alarm circuit can be blown. I have done this once but everything else will works just fine for measuring up to 8s packs. Tested these with my very accurate Fluke DVM and they are all to my surprise almost perfect.

This unit is the cheap version of the Cellog line of products, wish I'd held off before purchasing. The markings for the negative wire should be better labeled for connecting.

Works as advertised, but a little pricey for what it does.

This tiny unit is perfect for monitoring you battery's individual cell state.This does not "log" your battery so if you require logging order the "CellLog 8S".
