Update Sep 2025: After the last negative review I decided to give this oil a chance and buy it again. I got it a few days ago. I'm happy to inform everyone that the oil quality is back. It came unfiltered as it was supposed to be. I immediately felt the taste which is great. I'm glad that the company fixed the issue with their oil and returned to make real unfiltered one. The new picture is attached. Update Apr 2025: I ordered this oil again in Mar 2025. It came very different. The oil is filtered now and it tastes like regular refined olive oil. I include the picture where you can see the difference from a year ago and now. It was greenish and thick. The taste was rich and vibrant. I could literally taste olives in it. Inorganic chemicals are not used in organically grown produce. **Q: Age and shelf life** A: Pressed in October, but most vendors in U.S. still sell last year's stock (pressed Oct 12) until out. So far, all are still selling the old pressing: I've sent inquiries to several.
