Packaging was in a flat mailer which IMHO could have been packaged in a bit more sturdy fashion. The items are made from a kind of thin plastic that could have broken. The product works fairly well. The clips/grabbers that you slide the baggie top in would be better if they held tighter. When placing a semi heavy object (chicken breast) in the open bag, The product couldn't hold the weight and drop off the holder. I love the fact that it stores flat. I also really like having an extra set of "hands" in the kitchen.
