Initially disappointed that the description was incorrect (it does not twist!) but after contacting seller they offered a partial refund and we like their customer service & speedy response. Much appreciated & thank you very much.The Stepper is an excellent product, very sturdy & stable. The addition of a non slip mat is very useful.I would highly recommend this product but be aware - it does not twist!
