I use it for recording my voiceover. It takes good amount of gain and base of my voice. Just be sure that the surroundings are not too noisy as it may catch noise and distortion. The cord is insanely rare to replace so you'll literally have to go to Audio Technicas website and order a replacement cord for it (which is the only place you will find this cord from)I would highly recomennd not buying this microphone due to the flimsy cord but if you still want to buy this mic, buy a good microphone arm or microphone stand for it.
