    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE

I ordered two pairs. Neither one is like the other. One opens slightly smoother than the other, however it's all relative since both are Extremely poorly machined.  You can see the warp in the metal. It's lumpy..shiny in some areas and dull in others. The scissors will cut paper but are useless at cutting hair. They make a crunch sound and tug the hair as well. It's a real shame that the Seller hasn't take the time to add some QUALITY control and pre-inspection before selling garbage....which is where they are ending up. Too bad no option for 1/2 star.
