Stylish and practical
I've been using this lunchbox for a couple of weeks now and I'm so pleased I chose it.The lid makes an excellent chopping board/plate. I love the little two compartment snack pot inside.The box is great for sandwiches or salads.

Bigger than it looks
The lid is a little tricky to open when put on properly, hence the leaking when a pasta salad was placed inside. That said, there is plenty of space to hold a decent sized packed lunch and the silicone compartment is great too

Good size
I bought this yo use as my lunch box at work, I'm a gardener .. felt the stainless steel would be tough and durable. Very pleased with the look, it has a good strong band to keep the lid on securely.My only criticism is that the wooden lid fits poorly, it is quite fiddly to make sure it sits well on top. This makes it rather difficult to remove at times. I think the design needs a little improvement, so that the lid nestles inside to create a seal and there is a lip that overlaps the main body of the box, making it easier to get off..Otherwise, I think it will last a lifetime of lunches!

good container but wooden cover is chipped
I can imagine if there is a chipped surface on the cover, there might be potential that a splinter might just drop into the content of the container, or food getting stuck in the chipped surface. I returned it anyways

The workers sandwich box
If you’re looking a more robust lunchbox for your sandwiches. This is the guy for you. Strong and takes up just the right amount of space in the backpack.

It leaks!
Very nice design, it looks like it closes properly, but each time we used it (3), everything leaked.

Overpriced for what it is
The box looks nice but looking at it in person, there’s nothing special about it to justify the high price. The lid just sits loosely on the box so the strap is the only thing that holds it on. If the lid fit snugly in the silicone rim of the box, I would’ve considered keeping it. Also, none of it is dishwasher safe, not even the stainless steel box. I didn’t think this was made clear by the online item description.

I like it!
Very nice size, though I could want it a little bigger. It's so fun to use and nice looking. The top is a plate or cutting board.

black+blum is the BEST.
It comes with a little inner silicone container AND I can put vegetables and other snacks in it and then have my sandwich, wrap, or salad off to the side.black+blum really makes some of THE BEST lunch carriers. I can’t wait to get back to work and eat my lunch out of it.
