Anyone wanting to instantly start dropping pounds, this isn't for you but by around the 4th week of taking just 2 a day (I take them on waking), you will start to notice a difference. Slowly (which is the best way, health wise) but surely you will notice weight and inch loss. I didn't completely stop eating carbs but I cut back to a third of what I was eating. I am starting to see the effects 😊. I will be purchasing another bottle. I, personally, didn't have any side effects other than a slightly upset stomach for the first week.

This product works for my body. I have tried other carb blockers and they just didn't have any effect on me. Amazon price for this product is so much better than the local vitamin shops.

Not worth the money
This product is nothing like phentermine at all and I had no results at all. Started the real phentermine and lost over 20lbs already.
