I was expecting USB C, as the main titled description says. The details do show otherwise so that is accurate. The charging cable that comes with it is unique since you can charge both at the same time, so that is helpful. I just liked USB C because I could use my phone charger. So far, it is working great on my Xbox One S!

It's been 5 months since I received this product and it still works. That may not seem like a long time, but in this day and age when cheap chinese manufacturing results in products that only last a few months before breaking, I'd say 5 months is pretty good. It definitely charges my phone quicker than a normal charger. As fast as a wall charger? No. But I don't think that has to do with the product itself, but more with how I am charging my phone. I use my phone as a GPS and I have a windshield mount for it. I also live in Florida. My phone is kept in a black, hard case. I think you can see where I am going with this... my phone gets HOT. High temperatures really mess with phone batteries. With that in mind, while not charging as fast as a wall charger due to the high temperature of my phone due to its location and use in my car, it still positively charges my poorly taken care of 2+ year old Galaxy S7. Which, if you have an old crappy phone, you'll know that sometimes a phone will continue to lose battery even while it's plugged in. Not the case here. I am a property appraiser so I rely on my phone's GPS to get around. Thanks to this charger, my phone will not only stay on, but also charge.

I like that the battery life is what it says it is. A good 2-2/12 hours of gaming easily with one charge without problems. But I have this item for two years now and I wish the product last as long. Don't get me wrong it still works but doesn't hold a charge like it would normally and a section has bent and really makes it easy for it to fall out when gaming. My biggest complain is that it doesn't work with a Xbox Elite controller. You are off getting the battery packs that look like batteries than this if that is the case. Still a solid 3.5 and would of gotten that 4 if it wasn't because of the elite controller.

Updated: Great product but no pass through Charging which means although plugged to power the battery will not charge until the cord is disconnected and reconnected to resume charging between uses and when the charging cord is plugged into the controller port with a fully charged battery the battery will drain anyway so charge and rotate is the most reliable way to use this device fits into the controller perfectly so my overall is actually lower maybe. Update battery design is unique can be plugged into USB DIRECTLY But only Charges when not in use!

Worked fantastic for about two months. I play a lot. So, I was switching out batteries twice a week. Well, 3 months later the batteries won't hold a charge. They give me a green light after charging overnight, but the light goes out on my controller while playing for 30 minutes. Not cool 🤬 I'm sticking with Xbox certified stuff from now one. It may work well you aren't a heavy gamer, but buyer beware if you are.

I am pleased with these batteries. They fit the controller and look good. I have gotten many hours of game play on a single charge. In fact I haven’t gotten a low battery message from my Xbox since I started using them.I have only had these a week so I can’t rate them on longevity but so far I’m happy. If they last a year than I’ve saved money and the environment.

I've had the same Xbox One battery packs for at least a couple years now. And they're still going strong as long as you keep up on charging them they are not really that bad definitely worth the price.

This battery does not fit in any of the newer xbox controllers that were released at the same time as the Xbox Series S/X consoles. The product description does *not* make this clear and should be updated.The description says "COMPATIBLE WITH Xbox One / Xobe One S / Xbox One X / Xbox One Eite Controller". Spelling errors aside, this implies it is compatible with any controller that works with an Xbox One, which is not the case, at least not anymore.

The product is really solid and did what I needed, good battery life too. Only negative is that the back of the battery is a bit big so it can get in the way when you're holding it.

There are two charging ports which is awesome if you have like three batteries. I just interchange one at a time but the extra is great. My console batteries hold a decent charge from this about 13hours I think of play time.
