Only as good as the software
These boxes are only as good as the software that makes them do things. It doesn't matter if it has google play store if none/few of the apps you want to use are supported to install. It doesn't matter if the chip technically supports 4K or is very fast if it can't even play mp4 files. The first thing I do is to update the operating system when I get one of these. The built-in media player couldn't even handle an mp4 file. This is something that electronics from 10+ years ago is able to handle with ease. The new version of kodi can't be set to display at 4K. My television handles it. Even some of my old boxes handle it. There is no option to set it to that resolution on this box. They spent all the money on hardware that is good on paper and didn't spend the money making it work properly.

This BOX is no joke! -- Seriously, It is LOADED! LOADED! LOADED!
If you are looking for a TV ANDROID Box, one that can be customized to exactly what you wantthan THIS is the one.As mentioned above, It is LOADED out of the box. The engineers on this one did very, very well.* You wont need to do anything but just TURN on this unit *Bluetooth No Lag, GP runs perfect. Android 9.0 CLEAN and FAST.This is the first real, deal unit I have ever come upon for $30.00Great Work.Everything you are looking for in an entertainment box is here.;)- Do recommend a wireless mini keyboard to assist you along your findings and discoveries.

Works great especially if you buy the REIIE H9+ Backlit Wireless Mini Handheld Remote Keyboard
This device does most everything you want or need to access Android tablet apps EXCEPT stream your own PLEX remote content. The Android TV PLEX App does not work well. Apple TV or ROKU works best for PLEX. There are also some rough patches to gain full access to all features that are solved with the REIIE H9+ Backlit Wireless Mini Handheld Remote Keyboard (or a Logitec wireless mouse), to access most features easily. The combination keyboard makes this a superior device. The keyboard mouse keys coupled, its touch pad and keyboard, give you full flexibility that you could only otherwise access with a touch screen. I also purchased Bluetooth headphones, that fully complement the system. I enjoy this in my bedroom, much more than my Apple TV that my HiFi expert hooked up to my den system.

Good
Update after a couple of weeks of use. I do have a negative comment: "Bluetooth" literally you must unplug the Box to get it to reconnect the Bluetooth. Other than that annoying, also the wifi seems to disconnect and must unplug to reconnect again. Other than that the box is stable and fairly easy to use. The android 10 is not the the best for the boxes as it does not allow you to use the settings as previous Android boxes. I am not sure if all the android 10 boxes do this or if this is just a defect of this brand.

Not a good box.
I have to say I disliked pretty much everything about this box. A total disappointment. Cheap plastic build quality. Very few built in apps. A horrible user interface. Cheap hard plastic feet instead of rubber on the bottom of the box that allow it to slide all over the place. The worst feature of this box was its supposedly dual band WiFi that performed worst than most single band units. A total loser of a box and a complete waste of time. Returned mine.

Easy Navigation
Great Price, and perfect for streaming movies through Kodi. Ordered on a Friday and received it the next day. Had to factory reset after first set up, but has been working with no issues ever since. The navigation and pre-loaded apps are much better than another box I purchased (from a different seller) about 18 months ago. The set up is quick and simple, just answer a couple of questions, and Thats It. Overall Great Product.

What you need to know: Simple to install. Works great right out of the box.
Installed this and it's been running fine ever since. Stays nice and cool, runs fast enough to keep up with video streaming, 2.4 gig wifi only, but it works great. Add a plain old usb wireless keyboard for best results.

Netflix usability is bad with this Android Box
Netflix application is not really userfriendly. No scrolling is possible in the movie description, and the play/pause has to be done with the mouse pointer (that you can activate with the remote).
