I don’t do caffeine; so I started out with half a capsule and a high fiber/low carb/low calorie bagel… and no coffee. I then spontaneously decided to clean the bathroom in under 15 minutes. Now, I’m going for a 4 mile walk to the farmers market. I’m sweating. I rarely sweat. This is a great sign. Less jitters than Starbucks. Each capsule is 250 mg so I’m on 125 mg right now. Unrelated, I woke up with high blood pressure (135/75) so I’ll be keeping an eye on it while on this. I usually have normal blood pressure and I checked it before I took half the pill. Watch this space! I am good at providing updates. DAY 2: Went for a 4 mile walk and decided to take the other half of the capsule. Took all the drawers out of the fridge and cleaned from top to bottom. Did a load of laundry. lol! I like these! Day 3: tons of energy! But for every calorie I burn, I eat it back!!! It’s been a week and I’ve eaten more this week than normal. All it does is give you energy. I’m not impressed.
