Remained as active as possible after injury to maintain flexibility so no crutches. Once I put this on tonight it was amazing. In fact you have to be careful that you do not get over confident due to the support. Some reviews stated the brace did not prevent hyper-extension ... False! The hinges lock in the forward/straight leg position. This is an amazing brace that allows straight forward mobility. Will be able to get back to working out and maintain muscle size and flexibility until I can receive surgery. To top it off, the price is excellent. I am amazed how great I feel. Thanks to McDavid for the product and desertcart for excellent price and Prime delivery/service.

Very solid knee brace that really holds my knee in place. Pretty comfortable; no chaffing. It’s a little tough to remove after a workout where I sweat since it slides on over the leg as opposed to attaching an open side on the back of the knee.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect

This brace is incredibly well made. It was almost perfect. I sent it back because the padding around the patella was too thick and it aggravated my knee rather than relieving the pain. I was hoping it would be a good replacement for an old one that I have from an orthopedic surgeon. That particular one has an opening for the patella with no padding. That’s the style that works best for me however I can’t seem to find a hinged brace made like that.
