On the morning of day 5 I was greeted with a germination rate that was through the roof and I thought my eyes were deceiving me because this has never happened in this area of the yard... Cut the grass on day 11 and have since added more seed in the areas which weren't seeded enough (I think the rate of seed specified per sqft on the bag is to low).... Lawn was given a light coating of fresh topsoil and raked in with the seed.... Areas exposed to the sun were covered lightly with peat moss.... I forgot to take a BEFORE image but I will tell you that this area was almost completely bare before planting.... Attached image is from day 13 taken at 6:30am...
