Our favorite curry ketchup
This is our favorite of all curry ketchups. It's very balanced for curry vs tomato flavor. And it's mild and slightly sweet, so it can be liberally used like any other ketchup. I like it on roasted sweet potato fries, French fries, and my husband loves it on potato salad and eggs. It's quite expensive per bottle due to import charges and shipping but it's worth the cost.

great flavor!
I use on meatloaf rather than catsup and it adds so much great flavor.

I had this on frites in the Netherlands and fell in love with it
Yum. Way overpriced but since I couldn't find in anywhere else, I gritted my teeth and paid the price. I had this on frites in the Netherlands and fell in love with it. Had I only known what a pain it would be to find here I'd have brought back a suitcase full. It's sweet and curry flavored. I dip fried foods into it and I also use it on my roasted cauliflower. 1 Tablespoon mayo, 1 Tablespoon Ranch dressing, and a squirt of this. Rub/coat the florets of a whole head of cauliflower with the mix and roast it. Wow, is it good.

Really delicious!
I love this stuff, has a bit of a different taste than the sauce used on currywurst, I prefer Hela for that. But this is still really really good on fries.

Wonderful purchase
I can’t say anything bad about this product or the vendor through Amazon. It was nicely packaged, had a safety seal, and was delivered a day early. As far as the product itself one of my childhood favorites from Germany. I found the same product in a German store when on vacation and when I ran out decided to look on here. Cheaper here.

Patat Speciaal - This is YOUR key ingredient...trust me
So Dutchies, depending on where one lives in the giant country of the Lowlands, have two ways on how to do a Patatje Speciaal.Where I grew up (010 - Rotterdam), patatje speciaal is mayo, diced onions and this curry sauce.Patatje oorlog is mayo combined with peanutbutter sauce (recipe is easy, Google Calve Pindakaas Sate, and use your US made peanutbutter. So after finding this online, as somebody living in US for over twenty years, this was/is a blast of the past. Ordered it, used it, and felt like Angels were peeing on my tongue (yes, that is a true Dutch expression).

Curry ketchup
Too sweet for my taste buds. I am partial to a more savory and a bit more spicy flavor profile.
