A: Mine has no smell on it or coming off it .in fact there us no scent on it at all hope this settles your question it is a brilliant addition for either using as a pencil case .make up case.or as I use it for my crochet hooks and yarn needles plenty of space

A: I usually wash on 30 quick wash but have done a 40 quick wash a couple of times for stubborn stains.

After about 5 years I still use this pencil case to this day. Its so cute and fits all my stuff (I do A level maths so I use a really big calculator- but it still fits!) For the amount you're paying this is definitely one of the better pencil cases. So easy to organise your things,and the quality is great! - very durable, super cute -can fit a lot in there, including CASIO calculator -perfect shade of pink, only thing id say is the cream coloured zip clashes with the rest of the pink pencil case
