not sure what went wrong. first I love pelican products especially the tumblers. the 2 tumblers that came today look like they have been thru the wringer. very obviously from a scratch and dent sale. will return the 2 32oz tumbler and try again. don't think it was amazons fault but it is up to them to fix it.ps my wife and I use pelican tumblers every day and they are in better shape than the ones that came todaythanks

Really large. Keeps coffee hot for a few hours and gradually gets colder. On a 10 hour shift the coffee will still be warm but not hot by the end of those 10 hours.Keeps cold drinks cold for a looong time. I had some iced tea with ice that lasted 30+ with ice still in it. I left the tumbler in the car in an underground garage but still very impressive.

keeps it cold, better than the rest. I have tried them all. never leave my house without it.

Not only did I buy this cup for $32.99 but it came with a lovely clearance sticker marked $3.99. So glad I bought two of them, all scratched up and dented. Thank you so much for OVER CHARGING me on a clearanced item. Next time I’ll check my local bargain stores.

This cup out performs Yeti cups my ice stays in it for over 24 hours.....just bought 2 more!!! Love the lid, it screws into the cup.

Received my 32 oz tumbler today. It's scratched and dented. Who would ship something so obviously damaged?ALSO WEBSITE DESCRIPTION says MADE IN USA. Bottom of Tumbler I received clearly says "Made in China" on the bottom. Returning product.

My boyfriend's step-daughter gave him this tumbler and I've taken it over. It keeps my coffee hot all day (I'm a nurse's aide in a nursing home, I NEED my coffee to stay hot!) But it also keeps my iced tea or iced coffee COLD! I cam can put ice and a cold drink in it and the ice is still there more than 18 hours later. I HIGHLY recommend this tumbler... you WON'T be disappointed!
