The first information about this product , as seen by the customer, states that the "jumbo" size is 9 inches. Nothing about the actual lens, its size and magnification, is given until later. For me, there is little magnification. At the product information section, I found the full product dimensions. As best I can determine, the whole product is composed of cheap plastic and magnification is small. By my estimation. It is a fitting toy for a 3 year old child. Older children and adults might feel that the product information is poorly presented and highly misleading. What is best about this product is its cost.

I got this for my six year old who likes to solve mysteries. It’s okay for a six year old, I suppose. My only real complaint is that the lens rattles a bit in the frame. Not a huge deal, but it just seems cheaply made.

Seems well made for a plastic toy spy glass. Kids loved it. Nice oversize. It does actually magnify well. Easy to hold and kids look cool using it.

Bought to go with a child’s mystery book. The detective is frequently illustrated with a magnifying glass, so I got this one to accompany the book I gave my grandson.
