Taste good in my coffee. Heard daily intake should be 500 grams of lions mane a day.The bottle says 1 grams which is only 100 grams. So I've been taking 2 scoops a day for 3 weeks. No change in my energy, no change in my cognitivethinking. I am dreaming more vivid about it.So, thinking I should take 5 scoops to get the full 500 grams daily intake.

Great Purchase
This purchase is great! Helps you stay focused, very effective and I'm fine with the powder version, easy use however it does have an awkward scent. Overall, I'll purchase this product again.

Daily use for my household
Yes, it tastes like mushrooms. But it hides very easily in the protein shakes my partner and I drink daily. He mixes fruit in his, I don’t. We both use whey protein, liquid b complex, d3 drops, and this powder and have noticed a huge improvement in energy, focus, and mood. I’m a long time believer of mushrooms so i knew I’d notice if these were worth it or not. Not top tier, but excellent value for the price. Most people can feel a slight improvement in the first use, but the real benefits come after a few weeks of daily use.

Has no strong taste
I’m embarrassed to say I bought this after watching Clarkson’s Farm re: health benefits of taking lion’s mane mushrooms for things like attentiveness, and though I’m not clear if I’m benefiting or just experiencing a placebo effect, at least the earthy smell of the powder doesn’t translate into any kind of flavor at all in my coffee. It also dissolves beautifully.

Every day in first coffee
On second jar. I use frother to mix it in coffee cup well.Very light taste, miniscule residual grit that dissolves immediately. Hesitant to claim profound brain benefits, but I have felt more cognitively alert & have been in an excellent mood these past 3 months. Will continue to purchase

Smells like fish food, but no issues...yet
Bought the smaller size cause people were saying the big tub size went bad or something. Must still be part of one giant sized production lot if lions mane is actually supposed to be a white-ish powder. Doesn't smell burnt, just like that flaky fish food you'd feed your goldfish from the 90's lol. Have bee. Using it regardless, so far no bad side affects of any kind, and as long as you mix it some protein of some sort you don't notice any flavor. But, it does what I ask; I do notice mental focus and reduction of "brain fog."

Hoping this helps for brain power!
Started taking this due to the research around brain health and mental clarity. Take it every day, powder is very fine not gritty and easy to add to liquid. Very light flavor and smell. Not quite sure if it's actually working for mental clarity, but I would like to think so.

It’s ok
The media could not be loaded. The product was wrapped securely no tearing or wholes. Honestly thought it was going to be a huge bottle😂.For the consumption part it’s been 3 days and counting since I’ve been talk the supplement and I’m not sure of any changes as yet fingers crossed it helps me to focus and remember stuff
