This is the least expensive version I have seen. It is identical to a few other options available at a higher price on Amazon. The instructions that came with one is a little more confusing that available with one of the other devices on Amazon, but it will be sufficient if you have electrical skills or training. I love that the device powered can be connected with either Normally Closed or Normally Open. The Pushbutton for our purposes is powered via reed switches which works great for our purpose. You could also use a momentary switch if your purpose is to make a momentary change to the NO/NC output.Very easy to assemble and work with. The only complaint is that the power leads have not on/off switch, thus the only way to disable the power supply is to unplug it, or install your own switch. It seemed to range from 28 sec to 31 sec. Maybe that's by design, but I would have preferred a shorter locking delay.
