While not my top choice it is still great. It tastes bad the first couple doses, but then I started craving the taste, which I think is my body telling me this stuff is beneficial. It doesn't cause any dramatic improvements in my chronic illnesses, but I trust that it is working slowly and subtly. My nutritionist insists glutathione is essential for my recovery and I trust him, as he has a PhD in biology. He also said that non-liposomal glutathione is so poorly absorbed that it isn't actually the bargain it seems. Liposomal is way more expensive yes, but if you get to use (I forget his numbers but...) say 95% of it, vs only 10% of the dry stuff, it's probably close to the same cost, to get you the same net dosage. He said it isn't as simple as that either- lipisomal just works BETTER, so eating all the dry glutathione in the world wouldn't help you the way a spoonful of liposomal glutathione will. I take mine in a couple ounces of real grapefruit juice, early afternoon.
