I will not live without it. My energy level on a day without this vs with this is night and day. I have consciously experimented with this. By 3/4 of the way into my shift, if I forgot this or skipped it, I am spent, beat, tired, and hardly able to finish my shift. I go home and pass out. If I've had this (smoothie, water, coconut water, etc.), I am fine and can even go to the gym afterwards. DECADES OF EXPERIMENTATION HERE. For taste, I like it. It is springy, bright, very green, citrusy, and refreshing. If you are not a green lover like me, you may find it unpleasant; my partner says it like drinking grass LOL. What you are likely not enjoying is the super GREEN taste of it all. THAT'S OK. We do not supplement our diets, take our supplements, and drink our green drinks/smoothies for the yummy taste.
