Keurig k3000 Brewer, 3, Silver

Our new Keurig K3000SE brewer was installed about 1 month ago in our break room. Followed the start-up directions in the owner's manual, including installing a water filter, and had the unit working very quickly. It is being used daily by a variety of employees; everybody likes it - and it has so far worked flawlessly.

Had this in the office for awhile now and it’s great. Not a problem one. Easy to use, clean, and maintain.

Works great with K cups and is easy for clients to use.. The plain hotwater function can be a little finicky though. Makes some noise, but It's short lasting and certainly not a deal break in our office waiting room.

Have made some coffee with it just to check out . Waiting to finish kitchen remodel before I set it up . Have to install a filter and run the water line to it . Still trying to figure out best access point to run water line to on counter. Want hidden , short , and a clean look . Is why I got this model. Had the best reveiws and do not have to keep track of adding water.

Both machines have errors within few uses and company will not respond back to use to get it resolved.

We received our Keurig B3000SE but did not realize that it did come with filter. We wish would have known this. Two days later we received the filter only to find out it did not come with any fittings. We are very disappointed in how this product was sold and advertised. For the price we paid we should we should have expected to receive everything we needed or at least being told exactly what else to order.

She is a beast of a machine. Very easy setup. Get the recommended connection kit. K-cups dumped into an internal bin.

The unit lasted only over a year and is dying. Warranty only one year and no service in the area. I don't recommend purchasing this unit.buy something less expensive.

I am not really impressed with this machine. I prefer and still use my standard $99 Keurig more. The main problem is the injector often rips the top of the coffee cartridge rather the new simply punctures the top; when this happens coffee and grounds go everywhere, and make a big mess. On the old manual machine I often use the same cartridge twice (I.e. 8oz + 6oz) so I can completely fill my travel mug; however on the 3000 model, it disposes of the cartridge the second you lift the handle. Finally, the max fill setting is 10oz...
