Decent quality but load when picks up noise
The camera has a good picture but it picks up noise and makes a really loud static noise on and off. You can turn that feature off of you want but then it’s load if you have white noise. Battery seems ok for now.

Perfect
I love this monitor. I needed a monitor that I can use my phone with also. And if you need one like that too, then this is it! There are some mixed reviews about this product but I haven't found any flaws. I was in my back yard on 2 acres weed eating our property line and the monitor did not reach. Rightfully so, I don't know any monitor that can go that far. So I just put the monitor on my phone and was able to do yard work while my babe slept. The volume is really loud. I only set it on the last and lowest setting and can hear it just fine. Anything above that is way too loud for me. I like the brightness on the monitor, and the ability to turn the screen off but keep the sound. There are also other settings that only allow for sound when it reaches a certain decimole. So the basic fan or car driving by won't be heard on the monitor but your baby's cry will. There are many other settings that I haven't used yet, like taking a snap shot of your cute baby. I mean, what mother doesn't need one more picture of their sleeping child. This monitor also lets you "share" the monitor on your phone. My husband can download the app onto his phone and can see the monitor too. This is truly want I have been looking for.

The sound isn’t the best. Sounds weird and starts beeping loud very loudAlso the app on ur phone is really hard to download and start up

Good parent unit/wifi combo
We purchased this to replace our original baby monitor after it broke. We specifically were looking for a monitor that had both radio and wifi connectivity, as I did not want to have to depend on wifi all of the time, but still wanted that capability. We travel quite a bit, and our parents houses don't all have wifi, and don't want to leave it on our own wifi constantly for security reasons, so the radio connectivity was important to us, but having the option of wifi is fantastic at times when we walk outside of radio distance (we live on 5 acres, so it's not hard to go beyond radio reach). There are very very few monitors that have these features. We had first ordered the Motorola version, and within two days I returned it. I ordered the Kodak version, without high expectations, and have been very delighted over the last two months. Connectivity is very good on both radio and wifi, it is easy to connect at different places, picture and sound quality are satisfactory (it lags, but not significantly enough to matter); overall, very happy with this monitor.

Just buy it
There is nothing I dislike about this camera. The battery on the handheld monitor is kick ass, and then being able to use my phone with it, makes it even better. It’s honestly worth every penny.Edit: we moved this camera to an angle where you could see the whole room since we transitioned to a toddler bed, and the picture is not as clear as I’d like it to be. Definitely works best when the baby is within 6-8 feet from camera. Still love it though.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
So the product has potential. However.. if you want to the headache of emailing some “tech guy” sitting in some third world country because there is no phone number for customer service and be forced to wake up 10 times during the night because of sheer paranoia, making sure your kids are ok.. This product is for you!! If not, stay the hell away!!!!!The baby monitor began to freeze. It later went on to looking on and off, on and off. To now not Turing on at all!!!! I can’t see my twins at night, which is the sole purpose of the product right? Well it sucks!!!! The customer service... SUCKS!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!! I have been EMAILING back and forth for a week with some tech guy that made me trouble shoot the freakin thing and because it’s back and forth on email, it took forever to prove the thing doesn’t work!!!!! So now, I’m a week in with no monitor! If I could, I’d want my money back and extra money for the pain and suffering.Spear yourself the headache I’m forced to have because of this horrible product. Which sucks because I like the app for the phone and I have the indoor cameras. It’s nice that you can see everything on one app. Also, it’s not compatible with Alexa.. which why not?!Anyway, go with blink or something else. Do not get this item!

Love it
We have been pretty happy with this! Works great, and we love the app. The app will send you push notifications to your phone/watch when baby moves or cries so it’s super convenient to make sure you’re on alert while allowing you to get other stuff done. The quality of the picture is great, the range is decent and it works great with or without Wi-Fi. The only tricky thing is if you need to change wifi networks you have to go through the entire set up process again.

Won't connect to Monitor
I've only had this product for about 4 months I believe and it already stopped working.. kind of annoying consider I paid $150 for a product that is supposed to be high quality. It won't connect to the monitor anymore and just keeps restarting. Not really sure how to fix it but it's annoying because now I have to spend more money on a new monitor.

Overall happy
The first monitor I received was defective but the company was great about replacing it for me. Great customer service when I’ve had questions to ask. The monitor works great now. The lullabies helped soothe my daughter and there are settings to adjust how long they play for. It’s been handy to have a timeline on the app so I can look back and refer to what time my daughter woke up or I can tell how long she napped for without needing to try to remember while building a routine. The camera doesn’t last super long while not plugged in but I usually don’t need that feature. The parent unit battery lasts me all day. Over all I’m quite happy with the monitor and hope it carries on this way!

Great picture, poor connection
I ordered this camera upon recommendation from friends who loved it. The picture quality is excellent (although night vision could be better), and I really love how I can use it over Wifi or with the monitor itself. However, after only two weeks of actively using it (bought in December 2019), the camera has a hard time connecting to both the monitor and my phone. I can be in the same room and it will say it cannot connect because I am out of range. This is supremely frustrating and there is nothing to troubleshoot. It can take up to 15 minutes for the camera to actually connect, even after turning all units off and on and quitting the app. I expected better quality from Kodak.
