The unit fits a standard full size steam pan but does not fit a shaffer water fill pan. That pan is larger in size. The Winco unit doesn't have any issues fitting either. The Nemco only has tolerances to fit your ordinary full size steam pan. Confusing I know but just an observation; not a deal breaker. But only 4" or 2-1/2" deep pans. You can't use 6" deep pans when the well is only 6-3/8" deep. The manufacture calls for 1-2" of water at all times. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just as good as Winco *by on Reviewed in the United States December 26, 2019* Good quality. We've used Winco in the past and been loyal to them, but they weren't available and these has good reviews so have them a try. Very pleased.
