My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ has got a companion. Another great extended battery from my favorite battery company. Since the Note 9, the company’s second wireless charging extended battery. The presentation is nothing fancy, just a simple plastic bag and box as usual.The things included in the package are:-Warranty information-The TPU Case with integrated battery packPros:The TPU case has moderate grip support but I wish it would have been better. It is a little slippery in the hand. The slippery part can be found within the area of the wireless plate and is wrapped around to the half way point on the edge of the phone. It is a different text from the rest of the sandpaper like design of the case. All the proper cut outs are there as needed. Additionally, the case includes the power button for the battery along with the battery level charge indicator. Taking out the s-pen from a well recessed hole is a breeze. The TPU case fits really nice over the phone, even if the screen protector (Whitestone Dome Glass) is on it. The phone sits somewhat snug inside the extended battery case.Cons:The biggest downside to this case are the buttons. The three buttons provided are super hard to press which makes it very inconvenient. The other downside to this extended battery wireless charging case is that it fails to include a secondary USB port in order to be able to charge other devices. Additionally, the grip needs to be better throughout the caseConclusion:Overall it is a good case and provides a decent level of protection for the phone along with the extended battery pack.The extended battery pack:Pros:The battery and phone battery lasted me approximately two full days with heavy use of pics, video, games, and youtube. In my opinion that is superb, but it does really depend on the use of it. Your results might differ depending on your phone settings and use of your applications.Attaching the extended wireless battery case to the phone is very simple. The user simply has to slide the phone into the battery USB type-C port inside the case and then snapping it in. The extended battery can be charging via any USB Type C usb cable.The activation of the button on the back of the case in order to turn on/off the battery pack is simple to use. The extended battery takes a few hours to charge due to is capacity. The speed of the charge was moderate but could be a little faster.Cons:This battery also does not come with battery case holster/clip for easier carry. This is not a good thing because, carrying something as big as this battery case/phone combo in a pocket, is very uncomfortable. Hope any battery with this level of capability and scale is provided with belt holster case. Additionally, one small gripe that I have, is the screen clearance once the case is on. There is barely any screen clearance (maybe 2mm, maybe less). Additionally, feels like the camera should be a little deeper for better protection.Conclusion:I am very pleased with the product and will continue to support all the people and their products at ZeroLemon. Please work on the making the buttons easier to press and proving a better grip texture to the case. Additionally, having an additional usb port will come in handy during emergency situations where we may need to charge someone else’s phone.Verdict:The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars again as I did for the Note 9 wireless extended case is due to the battery pack having horrible buttons that are difficult to press, grip that needs to be drastically improved, not having a secondary usb output port, and not having a belt clip included.

it is not nearly as heavy as i expected and it does the job with a huge but.pros: lighter then expectedcons: it charges in all ways slower then i expected, it also has an issue where the power button doesn't perfectly line up, last all the buttons are stiffer then zero lemon is known for. this is my biggest issue with itthis is just an idea i would really like it it has a usb out like other zero lemon cases in the past didUpdate huge issue. It loses charge without being used very quickly. You can not sore it and use it when you are in need. It also loses charge even if you keep it on your phone and use it daily. It will hold charge for about 10 hours and that's it. If your using it to keep phone full for the first part of your day then the phones battery its good. Not for anything else as it goes empty faster then the battery in the phone when not in use.In summary charge it on the phone at night then turn it on as soon as you are off the charger. It will keep phone at 100 for like 3/5 hours and be dead. Then run off the phone. This is crap compared with any of the past zero lemon battery options. I have two of these bty so its not a defective unit.

This is a great case have when traveling or out all day where are no outlets nearby. For people who have a Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector on their Note 10 Plus, the edge of the case might hit the top or bottom of the screen protector causing it to bubble a little around the top, bottom, or corner of the screen protector. The Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector must be installed perfectly to avoid hitting the edge.Pros:• Works with Samsung Dex.• Comfortable in the hands.• No issue with data transfer and sync with the case on.• Prevent scratches to the side and back of the phone.• Does not interfere with wide shots when taking pictures or recording.Cons:• Press the button once on the case to start charging. Wish it requires to hold down the button for 3 seconds to start charging to avoid accidental press of the button to start charging. I have hit the button a few times by accident. But it does require to hold down the button for 3 seconds to turn off charging.• Add extra weight to the phone. Then again you are carrying a battery.• Have to press the volume and power buttons a little harder.• The phone does not fast charge when using the Samsung 25 watt or 45 watt charger.• The phone does not fast charge when using the Samsung 15 watt wireless charger stand.• NFC does not work with the case on.

Very satisfied with it so far. Works great and very good quality product. Exactly as advertised. Already recommended it to a few of my friends.Thanks zero lemon!

Been using this for a month now. Was good at the beginning but now it charges my phone up by 50% and the battery in the case dies.
