Printer makes it easier to record results - Pretty awesome tester. I use mine on my Off-Grid solar system. 6 volt AGM batteries and have 24 of them with 3 parallel of 8 in series. The tester gives good detailed data from CCA, internal resistance, voltage, state of health and state of charge. The internal printer is especially helpful considering how many batteries I test at once and not needing to write down each reading. Validated the results against my megger and results matched, I had one failed battery (cell) and 3 others nearing the end of life or "weak". I haven't used it to test an alternator since my needs are less for automotive but works great and appears to be accurate. Review: A good tool at a good price! - The FOXWELL BT780 Car Battery Tester is so excellent for the price of $259.99. Full of the most frequently needed/desired features and it's way easy to use. Just hook its gator clips to the vehicle battery black to black, red to red and this unit gives you instructions on its screen step by step to do battery or full system tests. It's fast and it's very accurate! This unit performs like something costing $1000+ from other manufactures...and with its own 9-volt battery installed this unit a little more accurate and capable as its operation does not rely entirely on power from the car battery that it’s supposed to be testing.... The cable connector to the unit has a very tight space around it...it’s hard to fasten down the screw cap on the connector because it’s hard to get your fingertips onto it to tighten it in that small space. Also, the first time I printed the data slip it was not legible...I don't know why it did that but I did another print out days later and it came out just fine... If you need a GOOD vehicle battery/system tester this unit will do above and beyond for you, especially at this really nice price for all it does. Need one? Others tested good. Test details will allow you to "monitor" battery life status if you keep the reports/data. Documentation shows how to enter Tech name and Store name info but does not appear to save it and enter key only adds additional characters. Battery # is similar as it does not appear to save name for print out which is important when printing reports for multiple batteries. Contacted seller to see if there is a key sequence to save the info vs. entering it each time. ## Frequently Bought Together - FOXWELL Car Battery Load Tester for 6V 12V 24V Cranking and Charging Start-Stop System Test Tool BT780 Auto Batteries Analyzer with Built-in Thermal Printer&Carrying Case … - FOXWELL BT705 Car Battery Tester, 12V 24V Battery Tester 100-2000CCA Battery/Cranking/Charging Tests for Cars Motorcycles SUVs Trucks, ideal battery tester for Professionals with 2.8 inch LCD Display - JOREST 168 Pcs Car Fuse Assorted Kit, 114 Mini Blade + 54 Standard+ 1Pullers – 11 Specifications Mixed Auto Fuse: 2Amp 3A 5A 7.5A 10A 15A 20A 25A 30A 35A 40A --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/157172951-foxwell-bt780-car-battery-tester-with-printer-12v-24v-alternator](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/157172951-foxwell-bt780-car-battery-tester-with-printer-12v-24v-alternator) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
