I bought a couple of these flasks for my children to take cold drinks to school. They work very well. I filled a flask with ice cubes and topped it up with water and there was still some ice in it around 12 hours later! The flask fits neatly in the space in a backpack and I particularly like the fact that it can go in the dishwasher!The only problem I have is that the lock sometimes doesn't close properly - you have to make sure that the correct part of the lid is lined up. Once it's secured, it's fine, but I think it can be a bit problematic - I had to replace one of these flasks when the lock got too loose. I'm not sure if it's just wear and tear or if the kids were being a bit heavy-handed with it, but this is something to bear in mind.But having said that, overall I am happy with this flask.

I really wanted to give this mug five stars, as it is so close to perfection. However, I realise it has flaws. I used to have a smaller mug of the same design, which I bought in a shop. I liked it a lot so after it had mysteriously disappeared in the gym changing room, I decided to order a similar one but with a bigger capacity, as I have always felt that 350 ml was not sufficient. This mug is, indeed, very similar and has the qualities that I liked in my previous mug. It is stylish and quite ergonomic. It is comfortable to hold, easy to clean, keeps liquids hot for hours, and leakproof (so far). However, I notice annoying differences. First is the mouthpiece. I noticed that the opening is wider than in my previous mug, which makes it less comfortable to drink as I keep accidentally spilling the water over my chin. Perhaps it was an improvement aimed for some wider-mouthed people, but really I don't see the point for such a wide opening, especially for such a tall mug. Second, I notice that it smells a bit of metal, so now I am worried that it might develop a stronger smell later. Other than these, the mug is good. I recommend.

This is my second Aladdin travel mug and as always the mug is really good. No leaking, everything stays hot/cold as per the specs.The only difference to the other Aladdin mug I had (Barista Mocca) is that this has a glossy paint, and that this paint got chipped very quickly (about 2 months from purchase).But apart from that, i use this mug every day and wash it in the dishwasher and all is good.

I've used this most days for work, but now it leaks around the flip open seal. Didn't start well when the flask arrived in an Amazon card envelope and a plastic bag. It had a slight dent in the bottom but I needed it so accepted as was. Regret my decision.

It’s a great travelling mug for hot / cold drinks! It keeps your drink hot about 4 hrs and cold drinks about 5/6 hrs. You definitely won’t get your hands burn while holding the travelling mug as it’s very insulated!! It’s the best travelling mug I have ever used!!Cleaning the travel mug is simple and easy.

This is a nice attractive flask, keeps things adequately warm, and it’s properly leakproof - the lock mechanism works well. But… I don’t find it particularly comfortable to drink from. The ridges either side of the locking flap jut out a bit. And you can’t really drink it without the lid as the metal of the cup itself is a little sharp. But if you can adopt a pout when you drink, it’s a good flask!

I bought this to replace one I'd worn out, no brainer to replace.
