Review: Best v-neck to use as an undershirt IMO - I've worn these as undershirts with dress shirts for several years now and they are my favorite undershirt. The material is a bit thinner than a normal t-shirt, which I think is perfect for an undershirt so that I don't get too hot. The v-neck is a must-have under a button-up shirt. As others have noted, they are a bit longer than a normal t-shirt come out, which is by design to help them stay tucked in under the dress shirt. This feature is very helpful if you're actually using them as an undershirt, as it is really annoying to have your undershirt bunched up around your waist while your dress shirt is still tucked in. I still wear them like a t-shirt when I get home from work in the summer months because I like how the v-neck looks. I don't think they are so long that they look weird as a t-shirt, but if you're only buying them as a t-shirt, the length might be a factor for you. I will note that I bleach my undershirts in the wash once a week. It seems that over time the bleach damages fabric even when used in the recommended amount. After a few years my last set basically started to fall apart. That might be more typical if I was wearing the same one everyday, but I'm only wearing each one once or twice a week at the most. From that regard, I don't think they last as long as I would expect. However, I expect that is a function of the material being a bit thinner and the weekly bleaching. I still like them better than any other undershirt option I've found, and the cost is very reasonable. I just bought a new pack because my last set fell apart, so I guess you could say yes, I would buy again.

**Q: How heavy is the fabric?**
A: I just wrote Fruit of the Loom Customer Service about the shirt's weight and they replied that they are 5.2 ounces. That's on the fairly heavy end of the range. Lightweight t-shirts, whether crew or v-neck I have found to be in the 4.2-4.5 range, whereas for contrast a Hanes Beefy-T crew is 6.1 ounces. I personally am looking for a lighter weight v-neck for summer as a sleeping shirt, and have found Next Level to be what I'm looking for. They're 4.3 oz. and have a pocket and are extremely soft--but run around $7.50 apiece. These FoL v-necks are heavier and w/o the pocket and are fine shirts at a much cheaper price. Just depends on what you're looking for. :-)

**Q: What's the fit on these shirts? I keep seeing reviewers say they're too loose, and then they're too small, and some that say they're too long?**
A: First know your size,I'm a medium and they fit well and when you was h them,they don't shrink that much, they actually fit better making your shape look better. And they are longer purposely so they don't untuck.

**Q: Why does it take 1 to 3 months to ship**
A: It take from 1-2 weeks to ship within the USA

**Q: Does this collar show under a dress shirt w/ 1-2 buttons undone?**
A: I often wear them with unbuttoned dress shirts. They never show with one and rarely with two. Depends on the shirt manufacturer I guess.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Comfortable Everyday Undershirt That Stays Hidden

I wear undershirts regularly under my polo shirts and button-downs, so I want something comfortable that doesn't add a lot of unnecessary bulk. These Fruit of the Loom V-neck undershirts work well for that purpose. The V-neck is one of the main reasons I prefer this style. If I leave the top button of a shirt open, I don't want the collar of my undershirt showing underneath. The V-neck gives me a cleaner look while still providing the extra layer I want. I also appreciate the moisture-wicking material, especially in Southern California when the weather gets warm. An undershirt needs to help keep me comfortable without making me feel like I'm wearing two full shirts. The tag-free design is another small feature that makes a difference during a long day. There's no tag rubbing against the back of my neck, and the material is comfortable enough for extended wear. I also like that tall sizes are available. As a bigger guy, having enough length in an undershirt is important because I don't want it constantly coming untucked underneath my shirt.
