The thick, quality cable which isn't too long & doesn't need constant unwinding / untangling (unlike GHDs - the disproportionately long and cheap & thin cable was often what caused my GHDs to expire before their time). Also comes with attached cable tie which means you can shorten the cable when in use and when storing & travelling.2. The smooth, snag free plates - they're amazing.3. Adjustable heat setting for different areas/thickness of hair - I prefer a lower heat setting for my fringe for eg. I tend to use at 190 degrees for length and 160 or lower for fringe.4. Fast heat up5. Lightweight and comfortable to use, nice soft touch finish.6. Comes with a heat resistant mat and hair clips7.
